SADHANA + SANGHA:
Advanced Practice

Monthly on Saturdays, 9a-12p

  • October 18th

  • November 15th

  • December 13th

This class is not beginner friendly. Minimum 3 months of practice with Rebekah and at least 1 year of yoga experience recommended.

This 3-hour class invites experienced students and teachers to deepen their practice through pranayama, meditation, philosophical discussion, and asana.

Rooted in the disciplines of sadhana (dedicated practice) and sangha (community), this class balances physical challenge with mindful inquiry and shared learning.

We’ll begin with a collective philosophical exploration to inspire and inform our practice, followed by an intelligently sequenced class that includes foundational to advanced standing poses, arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Workshop-style breakdowns will provide opportunities to refine alignment.

The practice culminates with an extended pranayama and meditation designed to cultivate inner presence.

Sadhana + Sangha is a powerful opportunity to challenge your body, expand your mind, and connect deeply with a community of committed practitioners.

Space is limited - please register in advance!

One free community pass is given each session for anyone who may benefit. If you’d like to inquire about availability, please email me at rebekahboatriteyoga@gmail.com

  • If I had to describe Rebekah’s classes with one word it’s: intention. Every single cue that she uses has an intention rooted in alignment and anatomy. Her sequences are intentionally and intelligently developed to get you safely to new peaks that you didn’t believe were possible before. And to tie it all together her theming integrates with the sequence and postures. However, if I got a second word to describe Rebekah’s classes it would be community. She is dedicated to growing the yoga community around her and always welcomes new faces with warmth and kindness, while greeting returning yogis like long lost family. I could go on and on about her classes, but it is something you should experience for yourself. So get on your mat with Rebekah and get ready to deepen the love you have for your practice.

  • Rebekah has been one of the most formidable components in my yoga journey - hands down. Coming from a couch-to-marathon running routine in my athletic career and lifestyle, I never placed much emphasis on recovery, wellness, or mindfulness in my performance plan. Since I’ve started practicing with Rebekah I’ve not only learned how to focus more on what my body is telling me, but how my mind reacts to the stress and strain of committing to such a high-performance sport. Many yoga classes I've attended in the past led me to believe that it was all about deep stretching and flexibility, but Rebekah has provided new meaning and depth to how adopting and dedicating yoga into your life can help in more ways than one. She's an amazing teacher who dedicates time and energy to her students and puts herself in their shoes to find out the most effective, efficient, and beneficial solutions. If you have an opportunity to practice or study with her, you're guaranteed to have a good time and walk away feeling more knowledgeable and aware of your body and mind.
