Saturday Sadhana (dedicated practice) is a 3-hour class that invites experienced students and teachers to deepen their practice through shared learning, philosophical study, intermediate asana, pranayama, and meditation.
What to Expect:
Community discussion around a philosophical idea such as a sutra or Sanskrit word to inspire and inform our practice.
Intelligently sequenced class that includes foundational to advanced standing poses, arm balances, backbends, and inversions.
Dynamic movement, static holds, asana breakdowns, and occasional partner-work that provide opportunities to refine alignment and offer support.
Extended pranayama and meditation practice.
This class is not beginner friendly
