Are you yoga curious?
This 3-part series is for YOU if you’re brand new to yoga, have only be practicing for a short time, or you’re returning to practice after time away and would like a solid foundation on which to continue to learn and grow!
In this series you will:
Learn how to safely and skillfully practice a variety of common yoga postures by focusing on foundation, alignment, technique, and prop usage.
Gain an introductory understanding of various breathing practices for mindfulness, stress relief, and focus.
Increase your strength, flexibility, and body awareness on and off the mat.
Make new friends who are on the journey along side you!
