Intro to Yoga Series
Are you yoga curious?
This 3-part series is for YOU if you’re brand new to yoga, have only be practicing for a short time, or you’re returning to practice after time away and would like a solid foundation on which to continue to learn and grow!
In this series you will:
Learn how to safely and skillfully practice a variety of common yoga postures by focusing on foundation, alignment, technique, and prop usage.
Gain an introductory understanding of various breathing practices for mindfulness, stress relief, and focus.
Increase your strength, flexibility, and body awareness on and off the mat.
Make new friends who are on the journey along side you!
Space is limited to ensure an intimate student experience, save your spot while there is still room!

Yoga For Climbers
Whether you’re a veteran climber or you’ve just put on your first pair of climbing shoes, this workshop is for YOU!
With the help of a brief anatomy overview plus weaving practical applications into a luxurious extended yoga practice, you’ll walk away empowered with techniques to increase mobility and resiliency in your entire body and how to apply what you learn to help you progress safely and skillfully on the mat and the wall.
No previous experience in yoga or climbing is required to attend.

In this all-levels class, you'll experience a wide variety of poses that link breath and movement, combined with sun salutations and standing postures.
Please bring your own mat and props.
